What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

I was worried it might be a bit too formal for my taste when I bought it online, but I am so trusting of Ballard rugs I just went for it and am so glad I did! We love it. It has the feeling of Sweden and has plenty of white in it, but so far, hasn’t shown dirt. A puppy used it as a potty and we took it outside, sprayed the spot with a potty enzyme, hosed it off, let it dry and it is good as new.

Very Durable RugThis rug gets a tremendous amount of wear and tear. It's located outside in our entry area. It gets rained on as well as lots of foot traffic and animal traffic. It consistently looks good, cleans easily and so far is wearing very well. I am pleased with the design but most of all its durability.

Using an indoor/outdoor carpet in my mud room!Stylish and attractive. I have it at the garage entryway to my mud room so like the flexibility of hosing it down in the spring. Currently I have it on a cushy pad as it is thin and has no padding itself.
