Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

After removing it from the box, all I had to do was rearrange some of the branches.The lights are well spaced and bright. It looks just like the snow covered pines in my back yard. I couldn't be more pleased.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very pretty tree I unboxed my new 4 ft tree this morning and am very pleased with it. I had been apprehensive about the lights after reading another review but didn't have any problems with them. It took a little time fluffing the branches but all do. Yes, it is a little messy with some of the flocking shedding as I worked with it, but I really like the flocked look so I'm okay with that. This is my first table top tree and all but a few of my largest ornaments worked on it. The burlap cover on the base isn't as attractive as the picture online and I'll probably end up finding a decorative container to put it in but for now I tied a ribbon under the "flaps" to make them stand up a bit. All in all, it looks good!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty Good; Needs Better Quality Control with Lights Installation I usually decorate Big Time at Christmas, but this year circumstances will prevent that. I still want to have a few festive things, but also to keep everything low key and especially easy to take down after the holidays. I purchased the 3' tree as it will sit on a rather tall table that I have in front of a window in the living room and nothing will have to be moved and it is small enough to pick up intact after Christmas and remove to a storage area without having to take off any decorations. It is very light, but also very stable and quite full for the height. It is very straight, unlike some of those reviewed in past years. The tree arrives with all the branches very compressed; normal with most faux trees. It did take a fair amount of time to get the branches opened out to a natural looking state, but once done the tree looks very pretty. I think the burlap bag works well in our mountain home and the flocked look gives it a slightly elegant touch. I have also purchased some very small (3/4 inch), round, matte gold balls (very close to the color of the burlap bag) that wrap around the tips. It is also nice with no ornaments at all. Too many or too large ornaments might be a distraction and spoil the simplicity of a tree this size. With the crystal flocking on this year's model, there is no "plastic" look at all, but it does make a big mess when you are opening out the branches. I would recommend doing this somewhere other than inside your home, like the deck, garage or basement. Hindsight is 20/20. The biggest problem from my perspective was the lights. They really weren't installed very well at all. They were not evenly distributed, with clumps of lights in some areas and none in others. Also, the wires of the lights were wrapped in a manner that made it impossible to open up some of the branches and there were some places where clumps of branch tips were bound together by the wires. The plug was at the top of the tree and the cord was not long enough to plug it in. Quite frustrating and it looked very sloppy. This was a disappointment; not what I expected from Ballard Designs, nor Suzanne Kasler. I spent about 2 hours unwinding all of the wires for the lights and repositioning them. Of course, even more of the crystal flocking fell off while doing this. I am happy with the finished product, and I think it will be just what we need this year, but the main reason that I got a tree with the lights already on is so that I could just plug it in. At least with this tree I don't have to move any furniture and don't have to deal with unpacking and re-packing all of my regular ornaments. The bottom line is that I will keep this tree and it does look nice, but if I didn't have the particular situation that I do this year, I would have returned it. Not worth the hassle and time that it took to make it look right. Maybe this is an isolated case and others wouldn't have this problem. I didn't read about anything like this in any of the reviews before I purchased it. If you like the look it might be worth taking a chance, since I haven't seen anything else this nice, at this price. Just be aware that there might be problems that take some effort to correct, especially if you don't have time for finding an alternative or making an exchange.
