After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.

My favorite rugs...I've bought several Ballard indoor/outdoor rugs over the years and always been happy with them. They wear so well and still look like new. I especially like how easily a spot will wash off. I have this particular one in my laundry room, but, also, have one in the kitchen, the entryway and on my deck. Beautiful rug withstands hosing offI have two of these rugs in midnight -- one in our entryway and one in our kitchen. They are beautiful! We love them! They look very expensive and draw a lot of compliments. My favorite feature of the rugs are how easy they are to clean. Firstly, dirt and debris doesn't get ground in like on a regular rug; it sits on top of the rug and vacuums or shakes off easily due to the sturdy nature of the fabric. The fabric still, miraculously, feels soft to bare feet. Secondly, these rugs literally hose off and come out looking great. My toddler threw up on the one in our kitchen yesterday. I thought -- there goes the rug. They say they can be cleaned, but a puddle of throw-up has got to be pushing it. -- Well, I took it outside, hosed it off, and dried it in the sun. After an hour, it was back in our kitchen looking like nothing had happened. THIS is a rug I can be happy about. Strongly recommend.

Terrific look and feel for a summer homeThis was an impulse buy in the store, which offered a "floor model" in the largest option at a reduced price. Took a chance and the size and look are perfect for our summer home. Ours is the darkish blue color, almost a denim, so nice with the cream-toned border. It was folded in our car for a week plus but all creases (and accompanying color lines from the reverse side) came out after a day flattened out on our deck in the sun. We use these carpets inside, we have never ventured to move them to exterior positions, but thinking about it. Love the low pile and they don't feel like plastic or look cheap in any way. And very affordable!
