If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Love Seat! I bought this loveseat, two arm chairs, and an ottoman in white last summer and just love it! Spent several years trying to find something white and small enough for my deck. Luckily a Ballard store opened near me, so I went to the store to see examples. A rep worked with me and was GREAT! She helped me order exactly what I wanted. The set has now gone through two summer seasons and the frames were uncovered outside for an entire year. It has held up well to rain, snow, sun, and extreme heat - my deck gets western sun each and every day. I do keep cushions inside when weather isn't cooperative and also have several deck umbrellas for shade or small rain showers. Absolutely, love the white cushions that were included. Yes, they are very firm, which I like, as it accommodates any size person no matter their weight. They also prevent you from feeling any of the metal seat or backing. Love the velcro straps. Faster to connect than tying strings. Last, you can change the look by adding different colored throw pillows. I also bought a designer set of cushions when I first ordered the set, which I used the first year, but thought they were too soft. So this summer I tried the standard ones and actually like better - again due to the firmness. I'm now going to order outdoor covers so I can keep everything outside and on nice winter days, still sit on the deck and enjoy some fresh air without toting cushions out of the basement. Highly recommend!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent product but not great. Bought two loveseats for our outdoor patio about two weeks ago. The frames are pretty but more lightweight than expected. Not a problem as far as I can tell so far. The cushions are a disappointment. They are not very comfortable and the material is not soft - likely b/c they are for outdoor use. The color of the cushions is also not accurately depicted in the photographs. The color is off white, not "basic tan". Almost as if they sent me the wrong color entirely. Overall, they are nice to look at but they are not comfortable for lounging as I had hoped. I'm going to keep them b/c I already tossed the packaging but otherwise may have returned.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cushion quality I purchased the loveseat and chair along with the ottoman. The metal is of quality, however after one-year of use the cushions are shredding. I bring them in the winter. They have never been in the rain, but did not hold up at all. When I inquired about this I was informed they were courtesy cushions and I would need to purchase new cushions. The cost to do so is another $800+ I do not think this was a good value. Had I known the cushions would only hold up a year I would have chosen another product.
