You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The mirror is beautiful, well-crafted, and a perfect focal point above our breakfast room buffet. As the pictures suggest, the finish is more of a unique silver tone, which is what I was looking for. Totally satisfied with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but Overwhelming Smell The mirror is well made of high quality materials, and the finish is beautifully done. The box smelled faintly of gasoline when it arrived, and while unpacking I quickly realized that the smell was coming from the finish/varnish that was likely shipped before completely dry. Once the box was fully unpacked, the smell was overwhelming! We stored the mirror in the basement for two weeks to allow the finish to outgas, and now it's ready to hang. Looks great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I was hoping for Pros - Well crafted, unique look Cons - 2.5 month delay after ordering, heavy varnish smell upon opening (does dissipate) From the description and picture, I was hoping for a beautiful wood mirror with a little polish and shine. However, they are layers of paint and varnish that mask the wood. If you like the shape and are looking for a silver varnish finish, then this mirror is for you. If you were hoping for something more natural, this is not it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Mirror - Toxic Finish I think this mirror is really beautiful and I love the scale! But it smelled so toxic I left it outside for three days after I opened it. I finally brought it inside because I was fearful of moisture damage. However, it has been several weeks and I can still smell the off gassing of either the paint or sealant. I considered sending it back for this reason alone but it was honestly too cumbersome. Very conflicted about purchase since I absolutely love the mirror but was very disappointed by the toxicity of the finish.
