Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing Desk Chair The hardware that attaches the chair to the base does not match nail heads and castors and stands out like a sore thumb. The nailhead and castors are brass and the piece that attaches chair is polished chrome. In the pictures online when shown with darker wood option, the piece is dark brown or black. Fabric is pulled so tight it looks thinner in some spots and it is puckered along the top. This is not the Ballard quality I expected, or see in the store. The chair was delayed twice and came 2 months after promised. Disappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chair poorly made and sits too high After waiting 4 months for the chair, I was very unhappy when I finally got it. It was falsely advertised as having a minimum seat height of 17.5 inches which was critical for my custom desk height. The chair came with a minimum seat height of 20.5 inches. Being 3 inches off is a major difference! So now the chair does not fit under my desk with me sitting in it. As expensive as the chair was it looked like it was made by an amateur. The fabric on the back of the chair was over stretched with no foam support underneath. If one kept leaning into the back of the chair, over time the seams would split. the fabric was also puckered on the arm rest areas and not tacked well where the brass nail heads are located. I'm giving it one star as the only thing I did like was the fabric pattern and color. It matched beautifully with the room. The customer support were also very responsive. Unfortunately, they could not help me out, as the chair will always be built at that height. They did offer a discount as the chair would be too expensive to ship back. So now the chair sits in the corner useless, unless I can take out the base myself and find a shorter adjusting castor unit to swap it out.
