Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Suri bedding Everything about the Suri Printed Velvet set makes me happy. The color is neutral, not quite as gold as the picture shows. The fabric is heavy, but since the reverse side of the duvet cover is cotton, using the cover with the insert does not make for a "too heavy" cover. I have washed it all several times now and it comes out perfectly - any wrinkles disappears as soon as it is placed on the bed.

Would love if there was a blanket insert sold for the duvet covers as I had to pin a blanket inside mine. The only other thing I would add is it only comes with one pillow sham, which I didn’t realize, so I had to purchase one separately.

We are using it on a king bed and it is short at the head and foot and barely touches the boxspring on the sides. I even tried using it empty as a coverlet but it’s just small. With my down comforter inserted and tied, the fabric backing is “rolling” and showing at the top.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's okay. I'm slightly on the fence about the print, it's a bit blurry, and I do wish the reverse was made of the same fabric. I'm not generally a fan of the backing being mismatched in terms of fabric and texture, it's too complicated to fold down and in this case the color just isn't quite right or at least not what I would have picked. That aside, it is pretty cozy, better than what I had and will do for the time being.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful but BEWARE the fuzz it creates! After the initial wash a large amount of fuzz came off in the dryer vent screen. The biggest surprise was when we removed the comforter from inside to clean the velvet duvet. Huge chunks of fuzz was everywhere. It covered the insert and ended up all over the floor. I washed the duvet twice, turning it on each side with double rinse cycles. It still created so much fuzz mid- dryer cylcle I had to clean it out 3 times until it dried completely. I am not sure I want to go through this process again so may replace it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy It doesn’t breathe well. If you like to sleep in a cold bedroom this duvet traps the heat. We were very hot with this on our bed. Also, when washed it creates an enormous amount of fuzz all over your laundry.
