If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice lightweight Blanket, lousy packaging This is a nice lightweight waffle blanket. I ordered a twin to keep at the foot of our king bed and it's nice to have something to pull up in case we get chilly. The king and queen blankets were so large they would have hung down over the edges of the bed. When I got it, the blanket was wrapped around a large piece of cardboard and the corner points of the cardboard had worked through the fabric making holes, I was horrified. Rubbing the area with my fingers wasn't fixing the separation but there didn't appear to be an actual tear, just a separation of the fibers. I took a chance and threw it into the wash. Luckily, it worked, the holes were gone. There has been no pulling of the threads as in other reviews. We don't have any pets. It's a nice blanket, not heavy. It's a cotton feeling blanket as is the trim around it.

Classic blanket beautiful however I have never received one yet that hasn't had tons of little pulls and tears of Strain coming out of it why because they pull so easy I actually even received one where they tried to fix it and had a big patch in the middle of it and looks horrifying it's a beautiful blanket it's a classic blanket but no now that there's always tons of pulls all over it even when they arrive and then when you use them even worse if that being said I love the blanket but I don't like at all the poles and the knots all over them I think that is horrible to sell them at a regular price when you know that this happens anybody would common sense would look right at the blanket and go wow they I've ordered several and the first ones I got I never complained and they had little pools all over them and my wife try to fix them and she did but that was ridiculous that she should have to do that spending that kind of money and then I finally got mad and called about the very last one we ordered that was just like a Pole's all over it and a big patch in the middle like they tried to hide it so know that when you order the blanket it's a classic it's beautiful it's soft it's comfortable they're nice and big and baggy you'll love them but no thank God forbid you even walk by it or catch your fingernail on it or wash it you're going to have tons of pulls of the fabric all those little weaved squares that you see yes they just pull apart so keep that in mind

At first I wasn’t sure we would like the waffle texture but it adds a dimension of texture that feels fantastic through the top sheet. The weight is perfect and it did not shrink at all when washed. Even my husband remarks frequently how much he loves this blanket!
