Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I don’t really have any cabinets or shelves in my bathroom and this was absolutely perfect to hang under my mirror. I can hide all my daily make up products inside and it’s perfect to add small accessories on top for a little design. It really cleaned up the look of a very messy space for me. I absolutely love it and the person that installed it said it was easy to install. The manufacturer was very thoughtful and providing multiple options in the installation holes to accommodate any stud width. I highly recommend the shelf for anywhere in your house that you think it was appropriate

We are geeks and have at least 10 different gadgets charging at any one time--from e books, to headphones, to cells, to earbuds, to watches ... this hand drawer holds it all. We got extra usb holder to sit on the shelf, and we put portable speaker and phone there as well. Extra chords go into the drawer. We did not want something big and bulky and this is perfect.

I have sunglasses, business cards, hand sanitizer, and tissues in the drawer. I had a handyman install this and it took less than 30 minutes. Keeps my apartment entry way airy and uncluttered!

It needs some refinement e.g., drawers don't open as smoothly as one would like because it rests on wood drawer slides with no rollers. The paint job on the bottom of the shelf is lackluster at best. Aside from these two issues, we're happy with the design.

I have it in my foyer as a place to drop keys, sun glasses and a growing collection of Covid face masks.

Only three stars because: (1) Quality was just OK. A few small dings on the drawer as it arrived. Drawer doesn't pull out very smoothly. (2) It's much more of a cream color than I was expecting, doesn't look good on my white walls. (3) I think it's expensive for what it is; I couldn't find any other 30" floating drawers for sale online, though, so I bit the bullet and went with this.

I would put in a room that perhaps is more for a playroom or kids room.. not in main portion of the house. Sorry Ballard

It is a sturdy shelf, but I cannot use it in my stark white, high gloss bathroom. It looks yellowish-white. I'm disappointed as I have been looking for a shelf like this. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to paint this shelf made of poplar and engineered hardwood with birch veneer so it has a finished look so I can keep it.
