Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very happy The trees are just perfect for what we wanted. Quality is excellent, easy shaping, good instruction. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars was that they could not be linked in to the timer. That said, if we went out and turned them on, they would go off with the other lights. Luckily they were very close to the front door, so was not too big an issue. Still we are looking to re-wire. Delivery was pretty speedy, communication excellent, and that was very appreciated.... and refreshing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful trees with 1 design flaw Love these trees, I put them in my yard with my reindeer, look real and lights are great, but the only issue I have is with the lights and that every time you turn the power on them, you have to manually turn each tree on. I have my outdoor lights set up on a timer… all of them come on at dust, yet these don’t because you have to manually push a button each time. Just annoying, hence why only 4 out of 5 stars

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well-made tree with some quibbles Well-made tree with many twinkling lights. I like the timer switch, except I’d have preferred a longer lighted cycle than 6 hours. Also, the lights only twinkle with the timer function, and not when it’s just at the normal On setting. Final quibble: the trees do not have a plug in which to plug in other trees, so you cannot easily string several trees in a row - you have to plug in each tree separately to an outlet or extension cord.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lighted Christmas tree I bought 2 lighted fir trees. One tree did not work so we sent it back for a replacement. I called to check on replacement and they thought it was sent out. So I waited. I called again and they told me they would be in stock on Dec. 6. They were sorry about the mix up but would rush it out. Now I got an email saying they would be in stock Dec. 27. This is an outside tree that goes in 2 planters so I am stuck taking it after Christmas.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beware: switch is on the cord for outdoor trees I would give these 5 stars, EXCEPT you must switch them on each time. Since they are for outside use in the winter, this is a pain in the patootie. Each tree has a cord with a switch that allows different light displays - steady or a nice flashing pattern. If you turn them on each time, you can make this selection. We bought three and put them in the stone planter at the front of our house. The plugs available to power lights in this area are on a switch inside a closet inside our house. To get around having to go outside and press the switch on each tree every night, I used three of my husband’s small clamps to hold the switches down (on). This meant I could only get the steady light pattern, but I was okay with that. These are nice trees, but the construction is ridiculous. I own many different outdoor holiday decor pieces. This is the only one with a switch on the cord. Poor design. It needs a remote to control the light pattern so you can plug and go. These are expensive trees. If my cheapo LED Christmas lights from Amazon can do that, so can Ballard. If you are wondering about the trees themselves, they are pretty nice. Can’t tell they are fake from a few feet away. Keep the boxes for storage. It’s not that hard to press down the branches to put them away. They come with a nice stake system too. Stake goes in the ground, then the tree slips right in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice quality but disappointed The quality is nice but you can’t use a separate timer with these trees because each one has a timer on the power cord. Difficult to set multiple trees to go off at the same time. Wish I would have realized that prior to purchasing. Didn’t work well for me and my outdoor set up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware I bought two of these trees last year and have had issues with loose connections. This year the wires on one tree decided to break away from the plug. The Product "specialist" for the company said "sorry" and there is nothing that can be done. It's up to me to fix an either I open up the plastic plug to reattach the wires or I throw the tree away. If you like over priced cheap lights on a tree that might break after a year than this product is for you. If you want something more durable keep shopping around.
