Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what i was looking for I was looking for a bar cart but what i saw was either too big and chunky or too small for my purposes. This bookshelf was easy to imagine fitting the bill. I bought some stem hardware that was super easy to add for some wine/martini glass holders. The piece is true to the photos online. Easy to assemble. Shelves are easy to insert and some can be easily removed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked in Two Houses We bought the bookcase for an odd-dimensioned wall in a high-ceilinged room and used it for about 6 years as a sort of sideboard/display case combination. Then we moved to a house with even higher ceilings and one very long wall. In the move, though, we lost our television-viewing room, so we needed a place to put our 40" flatscreen TV (36" wide). We also didn't want it to look like the television was the central focus point of the room. So we bought two matching Sonoma towers and put to either side, then put our tv in the bookcase (center piece). To make room for it, we had to remove one of the shelves, but we just used it underneath the TV so we could put our components on it. The upper shelves hold collectible typewriters, old cameras, etc., the lower shelves hold our DVDs, so it looks like it was made for this purpose. Appearance-wise it holds its own with some very expensive pieces in the same room.

While I would have preferred instructions with actual words (I hate things that just have diagrams/pictures), it was not all that difficult to put together. There was a little jiggling required here and there to get things into the proper holes but not too bad. It looks great and the shelves adjust easily and to heights able to accommodate the different items I need to store. I'm quite happy with this purchase.

The style is beautiful and I think it is a great deal. Two, the instructions are awful. Here is how you should really put it together: I would recommend two people. Keep every bolt and screw secure, you get no extras. Follow step one. Skip step two. I think this is where the other reviewer went wrong. You should not screw the three screws into board C until after you have put the side braces and X brace on and tightened those screws. Then, you drill three pilot holes to screw board C. Then add the top board A and Bottom board. The bottom board did have pilot holes. Close but not all exact. This was an easy fix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I couldn't be happier with this bookcase. I love it. I had to call my neighbor to help me with the directions. One instruction was out of synch.... It's beautiful and I get lots of compliments. Books don't fall out the sides, and it's quite sturdy. If I had the space, I would have ordered the two narrower units as well. It blends well with my brushed nickle trim in the kitchen and my Japanese tansu chests in the family room in my eclectic open space Kitchen/Breakfast Room/Family Room area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I debated getting this shelf since I couldn't see it in person but I love it. My kitchen sorely lacks storage and this is just what I needed. I have a small oven and stand mixer on the wide shelf and baskets on the other shelves. It looks great, it wasn't difficult to assemble and is very sturdy. And I love the adjustable shelves, so easy to change them around to get just the right fit for my baskets.
