We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Very easy to pop up. Note: when it’s delivered have them cut the ties on the bottom so you can easily pop/pull it up. **it’s heavy and best to do it while you have extra hands**

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Somserset sofa Much better than a sleeper sofa and very firm. It's a bit hard to pull out and It's also very heavy so don't even think about putting it upstairs. Also, the pull out is tied to the frame when it arrives. Took turning it over to cut it loose. Wish the delivery guys had known that. But it's a really good look and I reccomend it as a substitute for a regular sofa bed.

However, there are two things that are not perfected. First, the seat cushion is all one piece. So the fabric is not secured anywhere and it will bunch up. Second, the pull-out system does not glide easily. It gets stuck sometimes requiring effort to figure out how to close it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs Design Review We loved the idea of this sofa but, sadly, it only held up for just under a year. After about 10 months, one side of the sofa started to sink. Had we known just how bad it would get, we certainly would have contacted Ballard sooner because the warranty is just 1 year. Over the past several months, that side has sunk so much so that it is uncomfortable to sit on and the sleeper part of the sofa is hard to pull in and out. So now the sofa has lost its comfort & function, and is aesthetically unpleasingly. When I contacted Ballard about it, they first made two offers to repair the cushion...which is not possible with this product because the cushion is sewn on. Would be a great suggestion for the design team to edit and make possible in the future! The customer service at Ballard was kind and I accepted their offer for some store credit, but it is not enough to purchase a new Ballard sofa. This was such a big purchase for us, so it was disappointing Ballard didn’t stand behind this product longer than 1 year. I hope they redesign before anyone else purchases!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Sofa looks nice but super firm; it’s uncomfortable to sit on to watch a movie (what we bought it for, family snuggle sofa), I can’t imagine sleeping on it. We did try the floor model a few times and while that’s firmer than an average couch, this is much more so (we went back and checked too). The Sunbrella fabric is ok to clean (as in it cleans up relatively easily) BUT it shows every single tiny thing. Think kids with any kind of food (especially anything greasy like a potato chip; even Goldfish will leave marks). I have to clean the couch every time we use it which is awful. The only thing I like is how easy it is to pull out and put away. Spent thousands on this and I’m so very disappointed over it. Definitely do not recommend this couch, or the taupe sunbrella fabric.
