If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stunning I love the this mirror, absolutely beautiful. I was looking for a round mirror above the fireplace in our bedroom for a while. Very happy with the way it looks. Nice finish - not overly gold, just with some antique touch. My husband says it reminds him a sun :) Yes, it took some effort and time to hang it since it is kind of heavy (about 30 lb) but with two people it is not a big deal. We used two wall hooks that are for heavier items. I highly recommend it.

I chose it for my master bedroom and it reflects the westward sunsets beautifully. I will definitely use this again in my design projects. Other sunburst mirrors Like this cost 2-3x this price. Another reason I love Ballard Designs!!

It is heavy so you will need anchors, not just nails to hang. I agree with the prior reviewer that the color is less bright gold than is pictured- it is more of an antique silvery gold in person. I can't wait to style my mantel now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning Statement Piece The mirror arrived just 5 days after being ordered. It was beautifully packed, so there were no worries about it arriving damaged. Its weight is fairly substantial, so we mounted a couple of screws into the wall. The actual hanging process was not difficult, the blunt ends of the rays kept the mirror from gouging the wall or stabbing an errant hand. The rays were sturdy enough that they didn't bend as we lowered the mirror onto the screws. When I look at the picture in the catalog or online, the color is brighter than the product that arrived. However the description distinctly says warm antique silver with golden highlights. I had purchased based on the description and am delighted with the look. The mirror isn't a shy wall flower, it really pops on the wall. It's a great statement piece and we look forward to enjoying it in our dining room.

A small portion of the gold leaf on the area that extends out beyond the mirror had a couple of small cracks in it, but not bad enough to return. Nobody will notice unless they stand close to examine it. It took my husband and I several times to get it hung correctly because we were trying to center it above a buffet and under a small window high on the wall. The bracket placement on the back of mirror made it difficult to get it centered. However, it was worth the effort! I gave only 4 stars because of hanging issue and small imperfection. Beautiful addition to our dining area.
