If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The frame is really nice, the picture is gorgeous, and it fit perfectly in our hallway and acts as the centerpiece when you are coming up the stairs. Highly recommend it! It is large, so you need the right wall space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive, but worthwhile Love the picture. Even my adult children (who can be very critical of my purchases) really like it too. Better yet, my husband has "accepted" it. Although, he would still like to know where the snowbirds (as in the title) are? :) I had toyed with the idea of buying this particular picture for about 1 year (because it was a lot of money for something you don't get to see in person), but it kept "calling" me. It arrived sooner than quoted--by at least 10 days. We too, have it in our dining room. It is rather large in scale and our room is not that big. We took it out of the box, but left it in its protective wrapping and placed it on our buffet, just to get "a feel" for its large scale in a small room. Just in case we needed to return it. Obviously the size "grew" on us and we decided to keep it. The framing reminds me of an infinity pool--the edge of the canvas wraps under and disappears, leaving a gap between it and the frame, giving it a contemporary feel. All of the colors that are used in the painting are earth-tone and would go with just about any color scheme. The painting itself is rather simple (made entirely with large dots/circles), but mesmerizing. I too, have received a lot of compliments with it and I think it is one that I won't tire of for a long time to come.

This large contemporary painting adds a dramatic focal point in my relatively small apartment. The painting is composed of blue-gray, white, tan, brown, green and yellow dots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More Acidic Green than expected I love the image, the quality and the framing of the piece. The color is a bit more acidic green than I expected and I'm having a hard time getting past that. It is not as bright and cheerful of a piece as I had expected due to this and it therfore does not match the room I was planning to put it in. Make sure you look at the measurements, it's a very large piece.
