So there is extra work involved remounting the hinges and filling the previous holes and touching up with paint. There is paint overspray on the glass doors that has to be removed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cuba from Very disappointing I’m a die hard Ballard’s customer, so I was terribly disappointed with the quality of this 4 piece medial center. The first one arrived with a damaged console and tower. The second time one of the glass shelves was too large to fit in tower, and none of the knobs were even. The glass on console had spray overpaint. Also, the top of prices are unfinished, which is not mentioned. This is a problem as it can be seen from our above loft. This would have been so easy to finish. The quality as a whole, was just not up to par, particularly considering the price. This is a substantial piece with lots of storage, and I looked for a long time to find something for our great room. If I could have found an alternative, I would have returned all 4 pieces.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Too expensive from This sucks! Bought this 4 piece set and received 2 pieces instead. Lost the others in shipping. They don’t care that they lost it and they told me that. Shipping company is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Don’t buy from Ballard.
