Would have given 5 stars, but the cushion is thin and makes a crunchy sound when sitting down. Not very comfortable so I’m will be having the cushion remade with another filling.

The settee looks fine for the space I purchased it for But,as some of the other reviews say the settee the cushion on it is uncomfortable and crunchy and the cording does not lay evenly. When I have time I’ll probably have to go get it cushion fixed

I own the settee and one thing is for sure: the quality has gone DOWN (cheap, flimsy, understuffed 'crunchy' cushion) while the price has SKYROCKETED. their so-called discount is a literal joke. Way to protect the consumer, Ballard.
