You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I needed a soft white (not bright white) and although I didn't want to add any extra pattern, the velvet trim was just enough to add interest and contrast. I wish Ballard offered the trim in black, but the dark gray works fine. I am very pleased with them.

My windows are doubles so I had each pair sewn together so there is a velvet stripe on the inside and outside, as well as the wide stripe across the bottom. I did this for three sets of double windows, six pairs in all. love!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful drapes These drapes are really lovely; the fabric is a substantial weight and the color is like an ecru, not a bright white; I got the ink velvet and the color is as depicted online; very deep navy and just beautiful. They are elegant and very clean and transitional; just the update I was looking for in the family room I redid. My recommendation is to iron them before you hang them; I hung 2 sets and tried to steam them once they were hung. It helped but there were still wrinkles. When the 3rd set arrived from being on backorder, I took the time to iron them before hanging and it was worth the extra effort.

The fabric looked fine upon immediate hanging the drapes out of the box. There are a ffew wrinkles that I hope will fall out given some time to hang a bit more. They are of very nice quality. The panels were also not pressed properly, so the twill is showing behind the velvet sides, which is annoying to have to fix yourself. These are going back b/c they are not wide enough for what I need. The quality is nice, with the exception of the velvet and twill not being folded and pressed properly,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Reconsider and double check These panels look great in the show room however the velvet part Is sewn on completely unevenly some of the velvet part lines up exactly to the cream fabric and some of the velvet part turns in words so there is a big amount of cream part sticking out like a tag. None of the panels were consistent with the sewing of the velvet part.
