What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Blue Velvet Signature Drapery - LOVELYI have been looking at Ballards Signature Velvet Drapery for some time. I was in love with the emerald, green but by the tie I was ready to order them, Ballards no longer had them. However, the dark navy blue did not disappoint. Great weight, beautiful fabric, and they hang beautifully. This is the second drapery set I have purchased from Ballards and I am sure there are more in my future.

another Ballard hitbought four panels in the longest length. they really make a statement. they have a very luxurious feel to them and seem quite heavy. i do notice, on some afternoons, that a little bit of light comes through them. but having held them, i know they are quite thick. they hang beautifully and are very well made.

This time, I chose the acrylic rod as the drapery hardware. The drapes move easily and effortlessly across the solid rod and highlights the draperies well.

Gold velvet--what's not to love?I bought the 96" gold color velvet panels to complement the touches of gold in the room and to add another dimension. They hang from the ceiling and puddle on the floor. The fabric is rich and deep giving subtle variations in the gold tone as shadows play across it. I am using the larger brass rings on a white rod. the whole setup adds a finishing touch to the assembly.

Thick and rich looking curtainsI bought these drapes for the color but the quality is excellent. I have ordered several items over the years from Ballard Designs and have always been pleased. These thick and soft velvet curtains are fully lined and help with light and temperatures. I hung them on the existing rods and just steamed them with a hand steamer.

Quality of a much more expensive custom made drapeHefty cotton velvet! Rich color. The nap goes "up" giving it a depth and richness. I had to order four panels on this wider window to avoid a skimpy look. Cost added up but I will love these for many, many years. So worth the cost.
