Appreciate that it is oversized but I haven’t washed it. Personally, the 6# weight for king size coverlet is not too heavy but I can see where it might be for hot sleepers.

Haven't washed it yet, so can't speak to how it looks afterwards or if it will shrink. But it is a lovely ivory color, excellent construction, high quality. Pleased with the purchase.
