After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Beautiful cabinI love this cabinet and really wanted to put it my bedroom. The problem is is that it didn't fit my 55" TV (I thought I measured correctly but apparently not!) it was literally about a inch for less too small :( I'm so in love with it I'm going to purchase another TV! It's going in my room darn it!!!

Wonderful way to hide the tv!This is the second one we have bought. First we got one for our vacation house, to go over the fireplace. Then we moved and decided to put one in the living room of our new house, The grayish beige color is perfect, gives a beach look, and you don’t see the big black tv screen.

Sizing FlawLovely, but does not fit a 55 inch TV as it would seem to from measurements. Really frustrating as it is about 1/8 off = design flaw... from a design company. SMH. Other reviews mentioned that the cabinet is so beautiful they were going to just buy another TV. Not practical. We are sanding it down on the interior just to avoid return shipping fees because it is very nice looking and solid.

Nice, but be careful!We had a professional handyman follow installation directions, but when opening doors, cabinet can slide to left and right and come falling off brackets (which happened to us). If you can bolt it to the wall it will be safe to use. Other than that, it is quite well made and looks pretty!

Cute, but...This unit is pleasing to the eye if you want to hide your tv. Upon opening box the metal clip to keep doors closed fell off. We just replaced it with knobs. Also when hanging do not assume that the hooks on back are even. We are keeping it due to wanting to hide our tv, but not well made.

Needs to be deeperThis is beautifully constructed. However, we have a Vizio and it is a flat tv but the area where it connects to the wall mount bumps out a tad. My husband and i didn't really think about this part. It's annoying because we bought this cabient so we could use our older, but "not old" tv; in our livingroom, while still having it continue to look more formal in our room. We like the look of this cabinet so much we went to shop for a brand new tv. Still even a lot the brand new TV's can not be accomidated by this cabient. In order to fit most Tv's this needs to be about an 1nch deeper. We love Samsung so we will be buying a Samsung as it is the only one that fits this cabinet depth anyway. There might be other brands but do your homework.

Great Piece, But the Price Increase is InsultingI truly do love this piece, and used it in a Spartannette that I renovated about 4 years ago. The styling & color are beautiful, and the added bonus of being able to use the top as a small shelf. I really wanted to order it again, but the price has gone up so significantly that I find it to be insulting. I own a business, and understand that many products, such as wood, have gone up in cost, but this is a shocking increase for a TV cabinet that is hollowed out on the inside. Perhaps if they sometime offer it at 50% off even (which at that price will be close to $500 with shipping & tax vs $411), I will purchase it again. As it is, this makes me very wary of purchasing anything from Ballard, and their price gouging. That said, if you're willing to buy it as priced, go for it as it is a beautiful piece. Just know that it is literally hollowed out on the inside. So, you're paying essentially for four sides of wood, and the shutterfronts..... $800 minus any discounts. So disappointed 😞

TV wall cabinetSturdy and magnets work well, but louvers on shutters are not evenly spaced. Two of the four have big gaping spaces at top. Wood looks cheap. Ordered from Ballard many times. First disappointment.
