Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $10/item oversized handling fee.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day for your delivery.

When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs, and service elevator restrictions. Ensure your items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners.

What to expect for Delivery

The day before your delivery, you will receive a call with your four-hour delivery window. Our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare by clearing pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery partner is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

If you observe an imperfection, note it when signing the delivery paperwork and either refuse the item or contact us for resolution by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-2775 or the store where you made your purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rustic and Beautiful This TV cabinet is well-made and is the perfect size for a 42" flat screen. However, the attached hanging brackets are not adequate for the weight of the cabinet. Just remove the brackets and screw the cabinet directly to the wall studs like you would for a kitchen cabinet. This results in a very sturdy installation. If you use one of the newer smart TV's and a low-profile wall mount, the depth of the cabinet is just right.

As other reviewers mentioned, the depth is limited, but I purchased a low-profile TV mount, and it works fine. The only negative is that the drywall anchors that came with it seem inadequate. The cabinet is very heavy, and the anchors were quite flimsy. Other than that, it seems like a great purchase, and I recommend it.

But I would suggest the company to make the product deeper and offer it in different colours. To the undecided buyer: Before you buy it, make sure that you are using a "thin wall mount TV" and the depth of your tv, otherwise it won't work without adjustments.

Thank God my husband is handy. He put a metal piece across the back and then hung it (really not sure what he did, but looks beautiful).

It was not deep enough for our tv. My creative husband added a board to each side and it works great. It is well made. I consider it a good purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stunning but NOT for a 55 inch TV I was in love with this piece. It was perfect in every way except for the fact that it will NOT fit a 55 inch TV. I have a very new and thin framed 55in TV. It's a Samsung. I reviewed the specs of every TV I could find and I think mine is the smallest size in terms of width measurements. It was still 3/4 of an inch too wide for this to fit. Sadly, I had to sell it as I didn't keep the packaging to return to Ballard. If it had been large enough to fit a 55 inch TV , my search would be over!

However, the brackets/mounts weren't sufficient, and when we realized that the Comcast Box had to go on another piece of furniture, we became very disappointed. Additionally, there's a stress crack on the joint between the shutter and raised panel. don't buy it if you're using a HD cable box for service.

We bought a 55" Vizio TV to place in it, only to discover weeks after purchase and the trouble of getting both items out there and unpacked, that the Vizio TV is 1/2 inch too wide to fit in this cabinet! Now, my husband has lugged the cabinet back to the mainland to try to retro fit the opening to accommodate our tv, by sanding down the left and right sides inside. This is frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least, and might possibly ruin the look or function of this item! It is a lovely, well-made product which will look wonderful in our coastal home, but if his attempts to remedy this problem don't work, I will be very upset! I would caution other buyers to purchase the next smaller size tv, and not gamble on a 55".

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful Cabinet This cabinet is beautiful.. However, It is not deep enough for the TV. It is very top heavy. Had lots of issues hanging it. We had to make a base for it to sit on. It sticks out very far from the wall and leans forward. Still trying to figure out how to make it look better. The cabinet cannot be installed flush with the wall and have it cover the TV. Disappointed but love the look so we will keep it.
