    When you find what you're looking for, you can either select the "Ship to Store" delivery option & add to your cart OR update your delivery method at checkout.
  3. 3 SAVE
    By delivering to us at the store, you won't incure any shipping charges on those items. We'll handle the delivery details and give you a call when your order is ready to be picked up from the store.

What is the Ship to Store delivery program?

How do I know what items qualify for the Ship to Store delivery program?

For items that are available for this program you will see a "ship to store" delivery option when you add the product to cart or during checkout when choosing a shipping location.

Can I select different delivery methods for the products in my order?

Absolutely. You can either make this selection in the “add to cart” selection or at the “checkout” section.

Why aren’t all of your items available for the Ship to Store delivery program?

Any item that is stocked in our warehouse and can be shipped via UPS is available for the program. Items that comes directly from a vendor or ship threshold or in-home do not qualify for the program.

What if an item I want to purchase is on backorder?

The additional lead time for the arrival will be indicated on the delivery option. Typically, Ship to Store items take 14-21 days for arrival to the store.

When will I be charged for these items?

You will be charged at the time the item leaves our warehouse.

How will I know when my order is ready?

If you have a valid email address, you’ll receive a notification that your order has shipped (which means it left our warehouse). You will get a call within 14-21 days from our sales team of when your order is ready to be picked up.

What do I do if I didn’t get an email or phone call?

You can check the status in your account online or call customer service at 1-800-367-2775.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 3 days.

Where in the store do I retrieve my Ship to Store order?

Any Ballard Designs store associate can help you with this process. You’ll check-in up at the cash wrap with your order information and the team will assist in bringing out your package for you.

What information do I need to present when picking up my order in the store?

Please bring your order number and identification.

Can I have someone else pick up the order for me?

Yes, just let the store associate know this information when you speak with them about your pick up. Please have the person picking up have your order information and identification.
