After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Stylish and beautifulComfortable, stylish and just so pretty. I love this chair. I bought two and selected fabric for custom design. It took a full 8 months to come in but that's the world were living in now with supply so low and demand still high. This pandemic really slowed down the supply chain but I finally did get all my furniture and I love it all.

Shiloh Spool Chair - Great ChoiceThis chair was a perfect fit for my living room. Great size, not overly large but roomy enough to be very comfortable. I have a fairly modern living room, and got the chair in a fine stripe fabric with black (I forget the formal name) finish on the wood. It fits right into the style of the room. This is a beautiful piece.

Spool Chair & OttomanLOVE THIS! Very Comfy, over-sized chair. Every one loves to sit in these. The paint job on the wooden spool had a few chips (I have white), but i was able to touch them up - workmanship is just not what it used to be. However love these and recommend them. Recommend the ottoman as well.

Beautiful chairThis chair is not only comfortable but a definate eye catcher as you enter the den. Everybody thinks it is an antique in our farmhouse. The upholstered arms add to its beauty. I bought the Tasseau floor lamp for the room to continue the old spindle look.

Great spool chair!I reviewed the chair and ottoman part of my order and took a star away there because there is a distinct finish variation in the chairs. I ordered them all at the same time, but they seem to have come from different manufacturing plants. The chairs are super comfortable and a perfect size for short me and my taller husband. Fabric is a performance white velvet that seems to clean up great. I wanted this style chair for years and I am so happy to finally have them!

a great looking chairWhile this chair is just the look I wanted I was disappointed in two things: 1. when I chose the wood color I though it would be wood not paint. If I knew that my choice would be different. 2 the seat cushion in one on the chairs is not filled enough so it collapses leaving a wrinkled mess.

Beware of wood colorI ordered this chair custom back in August and chose the “fossil” finish. I just received them and the wood is much much darker than shown online. Almost black. I had to go back and review my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally choose a darker finish. For a custom chair that is expensive as these are (and not returnable) they should be EXACTLY as pictured.
