After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Seagrass and Asian rugsSeagrass rugs coordinate very well with Asian rugs . For example, my dining room has an Asian rug on the floor, which is just off of the foyer and front door. So, I placed the seagrass rug right inside the door. Perfect companions.

Very Happy with the Seagrass RugsI liked the seagrass rug so much I ordered another one. I have both rugs in the black trim and both are placed atop wood floors. One rug is in my family room and the other is in my home office. The rugs lay flat, no curling at the corners, and look beautiful in both rooms. I also purchased the All Surface Universal Rug Pad and it works great--no slippage.

Love this rug!I bought this 9 x 12 rug to layer under a Ballard rug I’ve had for many years and still love but it is not big enough for the room. It looks great and is the perfect piece to finish off the room after I had my couch recovered in the peacock color!

Nice rugThis rug is exactly what I wanted in one of my bathrooms. I love the rustic look of it. It was slightly wavy when I unrolled it, so I put a very damp towel on it overnight and it flattened nicely.

We love this rug!!!!Finally received our Seagrass Rug that had been on backorder. We love the feel and adds so much texture to our dining area. Our cat loves to lay on it too. We ordered the 6x9 and the 2x3. Worth the wait....you won't be dissapointed if you get this rug

So great, i bought it again!This is my second Seagrass Rug from Ballard. I bought the first one about 4 or 5 years ago. It held up great in my family room where we eat, play and generally live like pigs. The only reason i had to replace the old one is because my dog decided to dig a hole in the old one. Ha!

Still a great rug after 3 yearsI’ve had this rug for 3 years now. It gets a LOT of traffic and spills, as it’s in the middle of our great room and our dining room table sits on it, with 4 kids who eat there everyday. Overall it has held up very well to the high traffic area it is in. I’ve only noticed one area of deterioration. It’s where we slide our chairs back and forth from under the table. Our end chairs are heavy and the friction is starting to cause the fibers to tear a little. My thoughts on cleaning the rug are that the texture of the rug makes it a little hard to clean. I use a toothbrush to get in between the fibers. The good news is that everything we have spilled on it actually comes out, even stuff like spaghetti sauce and grape juice! We are stain free! The outer fabric around the edge is a bit dingy from what it started as, I have the sand color in the 10x14. I might should have went with the khaki. So, I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this Seagrass rug.

Great rug!This is my first seagrass rug, and I love it. The quality from Ballard is excellent. There's a few loose threads but you can just trim them. I loved the natural smell the first few days we opened it up. It goes beautifully on my honey stained hardwood floors. And the grey trim matches our grey couch perfectly. Easy to clean. My dog actually puked on it once already. I just sprayed a surface cleaner on it and it dried perfectly. I can also run a lightweight vacuum/dust buster over it and it cleans up great.
