The first one was incredibly dirty as though it was used, rolled around in some dirt, repackaged and sent to me. Ballard customer service could not have been nicer! I explained the condition and they replaced it with a new one, it arrived today and it is perfect! I am giving 5 stars because I love it! It is not your ordinary basket! Also, Ballard took the time and care to correct the issue. Thank you Ballard Design!
