After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Impressive statement piece!Love it! This cabinet has presence! So tall it catches the eye immediately. Figured we’d like this 85” high cabinet because we love our two 30” Salerno consoles. Super storage!I bought this a month ago and I am so glad that I did! The size was perfect for our new dining room. It holds all of our special china, wine glasses and decorative pieces. I chose the solid colored one. It has a distressed finish. Three of the shelves are adjustable which makes it convenient for storing a variety of different things.

Love this!I had my eye on this cabinet for a while. I've never bought a piece of furniture without seeing it in person. We moved into our new home and I had nowhere to put my Polish pottery. It went on sale and I decided to take a chance. I absolutely LOVE it. It has a crack about 4" by 3" which is visible from the front but doesn't go through to the back of the cabinet. The rest of the cabinet is perfect so I decided not to send it back.

The best internet purchase I've ever madeI bought two of these for my home office and they arrived today....both are perfect, flawless and look much better in person than in the pictures! The quality is 5 star, the item is exactly as described, dimensions are dead on, and they are simply stunning! The adjustable supports are easy to use and allow you to tweak them to perfection....although they were darn close to perfectly level as they were set! The colors are right on the money as expected and the finish is perfect! I've bought quite a bit of furniture online from several sources and this is the first time the product and delivery exceeded my expectations. My wife wants two more for the living area!

Impressive!After "visiting" the Salerno cabinet many, many times online and even pinning it to my retail wish list on Pinterest, I finally took the leap and ordered two of the cream cabinets with oak doors. So glad I did! They arrived in just over two weeks and were expertly unwrapped and carefully placed in my living room by two polite and professional movers. I have a wood coffered ceiling and the beams are 8ft from the floor. The creamy white paint contrasts nicely with the wood and there is just enough room on top for a couple of vintage suitcases. The cabinets are of excellent quality with hefty oil rubbed bronze pins for the shelves and tempered glass doors. I am very particular about quality and do not hesitate to send a subpar item back; but, I honestly could not find a fault with either one of these beauties! My favorite feature is the adjustable shelves; I was even able to put a 35" flat screen tv in the lower half of one of the cabinets after drilling a hole in a discreet place in the bottom corner for the cord. Couldn't be happier with my purchase; thanks Ballard!

Exactly What I Wanted …exceptThe Salerno bookcase is beautiful. It is well made and fits into the decor of our living room. My only complaint is the handled door does not close tight enough. The cabinet is on hardwood floors and every time we walked by, the glass panel would rattle. The other door is held in place with cabinet magnets. So we purchased another set of magnets for the rattling door and that solved the problem. I think this would be an easy fix for the manufacturer.

Not great qualityVery pretty cabinet. BUT for the price, I expected a better quality Item. The doors cheapen the look and feel of the piece. The glass is a full panel behind the wood, and the “wood” is very thin. The one door has to be pulled with more force and the entire thing shakes. Overall I’m happy with the look but it’s not something I would have purchased if I had seen it in person before hand.
