What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

The test of time —We have owned two of these trays for close to ten years. They have withstood years of muddy and snowy boots and shoes, and still look like new. The rubber is thick, yet pliable, and cleaning with a hose is super easy. We just purchased an additional two trays for our guest cabin, anticipating a winter of ski boots. Thrilled that this excellent product is still available!

Great non-boot useI bought this initially for muddy shoes and sneakers, but when we moved and gained an attached garage, I really did not need it for what I intended anymore. However, it solved a different problem in our household (see photo) and now serves as protection for the wood floor at our cats' feeding station. It's the perfect size. Love this thing - very durable and can serve a purpose beyond a boot tray. :-) Yet another great Ballard product!

Perfectly tidy entrywayLove it! Our guests were placing their shoes on the entry carpet so this resolved that perfectly & neatly! It did have the rubber smell initially but that has gone away. Note: for shoes larger then mens 13, they won’t fit the normal way- but I wouldn’t want it any larger anyway ;)
