We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Roswell Sectional I was looking for a statement piece that was beautiful and also comfortable. The Roswell sectional is both! The visions and pillows are soft, but have structure and support. The depth is great for my 6’2” partner who found my last (more petite) sofa uncomfortable. I got the Queens Velvet Teal fabric and it is luxurious. I couldn’t be happier!

The sofa is very nice quality. I got the sunbrella fabric in Idol seagull and it is beautiful. I was worried the cushions would smash down and stay that way, but they just need a little bit of fluffing after use and they go right back to their shape. This couch is like a bed, it is that comfortable. Other than it being a bit pricey—and I got it on sale-it is a fabulous couch and I’m very happy with it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed The quality is really not what I had hoped from this sectional. It wasn't inexpensive but has lumpy seat cushions, ill fitting back cushions and threads coming out of almost every seem. I have ordered furniture from Ballard for customers and have always been happy but this was not up to those standards. It is comfortable and it's too big to return and thankfully was for me personally and not a client, but it makes me think twice about ordering furniture in the future, especially for clients.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Couch First- the material came wrinkled which I thought would disappear after while and it is definitely still very obvious all along the back of the couch. It looks like it needs to be pulled or stretched in order to get it out. Second- although our fault it is slightly larger than we expected so it looks a little funny. The couch is extremely comfortable though
