The first one I bought has held up beautifully. It’s still like new and is out all year in a climate with 4 seasons. I just hose it down every so often. It’s the reason I bought a second one. Made to be durable but looks great!

It is a heavy rug that won’t blow over with the wind, the rain doesn’t seem to affect it, overall it is a quality product as well as being attractive. Thank you Ballard!
