What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Fantastic planterThe planter is fantastic. It looks classicly weathered in a good way. It is not "shiny and new" but looks like it has been there for years. It is perfect. If you are looking to fill it with a faux boxwood ball, go way bigger than what you expect. I called and asked what size to order and had to return it twice because both times it was too small.

Love it!It's a beautiful addition to our garden. I'm planting a lovely tree rose and sweet spill over plants around the edge. It's a very classic looking pot. Another bonus, it is not terribly heavy and easy to drill additional drainage holes in the bottom.

Looks Like Stone, But Lightweight.The Rodin Square Planter is very versatile. It looks like stone, but very light weight. I knew I wanted one large enough to decorate as I show in my picture but no so large that 2 of them would not fit comfortably at my front door. I'm looking forward to changing out to fit the season. See how I paired with the Adirondack door basket also from Ballard Designs. I'm thrilled.

Please with quality and darker gray colorAs other reviews states, the color is darker than appears. however, it goes fantastic with my flagstone side porch. Impressed with the quality, the size is as represented ( I purchased the smaller). I will use these to plant herbs on my side porch, very close to my kitchen. They look beautiful up close and far away. It did take 4 months from order to receive.

Rodin Square PlanterI absolutley love these planters. They are very substantial and rich looking. The reason I bought from Ballard is because my friend has a variation of the planter and she told me that she had had hers for 20 years and it hadnt cracked or anything. I am so pleased with them. I did spend more than I wanted to, but it was definately wirth it.
