After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Excellent valueWe replaced a plastic hose holder with this product and could not be happier. The holder is heavy enough not to get drug around with the hose. Also the material is much classier than plastic so it looks more upscale. Lastly, it is the perfect color for our decor and the perfect size for the area of use. Easily holds a 100' hose with room to spare. The product was extremely well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Bought two and considering a third. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Worth the investmentThe Rodin Hose Holder is well-made, sturdy and attractive. Unlike others that I looked at from the brick and mortar stores, this design has thick walls and stays in place where you put it. The style is classy and is a great compliment to my bungalow themed house.
