If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I couldn't be happier with this rug, the pattern is vintage/modern so it goes with the wicker & the architecture but also feels fresh. Easy to sweep or give a shake to clean. And feels fabulous on bare feet!! Just LOVE it!!

I purchased the blue rug and the design and color are really pretty. I have it under my kitchen table and it cleans easily and doesn't show every little crumb and speck of dirt.

The only reason we bought new ones this year is because the color scheme of the porch floor was changed and the original rugs, though perfectly serviceable, did not match the flooring. The first set will go to our son, where they will continue to serve well. As an aside, the turnaround time from date of order to delivery was just amazing. Thanks Ballard. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love this rug, it's a great compliment to my floral & striped pillows. The blue is such a pretty color of blue. I highly recommend this rug, it's my 3rd outdoor rug I've ordered from Ballard. They have a nice choice of rug patterns

The pattern and the colour are very attractive and compliments the larger, softer rug in the living room beyond. It has no pile to flatten and look worn, and is light enough in weight to be easily taken outside and hosed if or when that becomes necessary. I am happy with it and may order a smaller one for my kitchen, also within sight of the front door, for a coordinated look.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely design, quality eh I so wanted to love this rug, I have been pining for it for weeks and finally ordered it in black. Today it arrived and I was sad to see a few quality issues. Be aware that the entire pattern has a cream underlay, meaning: 1) the black sections are not really fully black. A small deal to some, but to me it makes it look cheap. 2) That also means that if the rug is cut a certain way, you get a cream stripe on the edge. Three sides of my rug have a black edge, one is cream. For reference, I placed my (10 year old) Juniper rug next to it and you can see the difference in color saturation and banding. The Juniper (red) one looks much nicer, quality wise. I know this issue can happen with Ballard rugs- this is the fourth one I have ordered and I would say the quality of the Juniper and Chevron Stripe are better than this one and the S.K. Quatrefoil. If you love the pattern, like I did, it would probably still be worth ordering. From a distance, it looks nice. But if you are also like me and small things like a cream edge on one side would drive you crazy, you've been warned. As for now, I checked the "yes" recommendation box but I did have to think about it. So sad because I love the idea of this rug so much.
