Love the zipper
Love that they now offer these cushions with a zipper for easy washing. Shipment took a very long time but I’m happy with the purchase.

Perfect Fit for my chair cushions!
They were not the color I expected. Persimmon turned out to be pumpkin orange ….but I can live with them. They fit perfectly and the material seems durable. Ballard’s was the only company I could find that had the cushions in the size I need.

Good - could be better
High quality Sunbrela protected fabric and rich color great. Not so great - seat cushion should be thicker - I am 6’5” 250 lbs and can feel seat frame through cushion. Fill on back cushion not consistent and none have needed tie down straps

Back cushion lacking
The back cushion doesn’t come with a very full cushion insert. Wish the back cushion had ties. Wind blows them over. Nice fabric.

Good but not great
I’m not thrilled with the fabric I wish it was thicker. The seat fits so tight that I was nervous that I wouldn’t get it on and the back cushion was a bit loose. Overall the look is okay I kept the old cushion on it to beef up the shape and it will be fine for a few seasons.

Unfortunate pillow inserts…
These slip covers are fairly well made from standard Sunbrella fabric. They are far from custom quality, but given the price point, they seem reasonable.
However, the back seat cushions have an insert which is not boxed, like the slipcover, so the final shape is very lumpy and looks terrible. They are saggy and not at all tailored looking.
The bottom cushions on the other hand look great. They ARE boxed in shape and fit the slip covers quite well; they look good, fit well, etc.
Truly unfortunate from what I usually think of as a good, quality company. Beware!
