What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Ditch the Basic Cushions and Buy These!The cushions that come with the Ballard outdoor furniture are not made by Ballard, are not "sunbrella" fabric, and are cheap, hard, and scratchy. We had ours under cover but still looked terrible are using them for 3 years. Little did I know that they weren't designed to last much more than 1 season. We recently replaced them with Ballard's cushions made with sunbrella fabric. Wow, what a difference in quality and comfort. We bought the canvas beige which is a perfect neutral color that will go with any color pillows. I'm only sorry that I waited so long to buy these!

Much superior to Ballard Basic cushionsAfter only two summers (winters in storage) the "Basic" cushions that came with my Ballard patio furniture literally disintegrated. I bought these to replace them and am very pleased so far. They fit perfectly and should last for years since they're Sunbrella.

Great! featuresThe cushions are perfect I have 2 small dogs who have taken the sofa in the sunroom as theirs. So I put the cushions there because the Sunbrella fabric will allow me to take them outside to rinse off and.et then freshen up in the sun.

Bright But LumpyThis is our second set of replacement cushions. The color, Azure Blue, is bright and beautiful. The stuffing/fill became clumpy after a month of use ( and one heavy rain). This never happened with the other sets we've had from Ballard and therefore the 4 stars rating.

Beautiful cushions made in the USAThese replacement cushions are beautiful and the color is amazing in Bermuda Blue. We are also happy to be able to be purchase American made products. However, the order is incomplete and we are still waiting on our couch cushions and a foot stool cushion. We paid full price nine months ago and missed the entire summer season without them. I would like to give these cushions a 5 star rating because the product is fantastic. I would surmise the pandemic has clearly affected production and delivery.

Seat fit but back was to short.The seat fit however the back cushion was to short and looked funny, and because I was in able to mix and match the cushions I have had to purchase fabric and have the backs made.

Good but not perfectAfter over three months of waiting, cushion sets finally arrived. Fabric and filling quality seem great. BUT - To my surprise, the back cushion was a about 3-4 inches wider than the seat cushion - and it is noticeable. From the product description, I understand are the same width. It should have a flushed look. I hope this was a mistake and company can send replacement seat cushions.

Still waiting after 4 months.Still waiting for the cushions. They have been backordered 4 times over the past 4 months since I ordered. They sent half the the order but what does that do for my screen porch - you can only sit in half the chairs. This will be my last order from Ballard.

DisappointedSeat backs lost shape immediately and were unsupportive - can feel the metal couch. Pretty much no fill in cushion. Have bought before - quality has gone way down. I had such confidence that I took the tags off before noticing the drop in quality. :(
