After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Worth the wait and price.The cushions are beautiful! The Sunbrella fabric is quality. Light sprinkles beads up on the cushions. I chose the lemon yellow color and they are bright and beautiful. I could not find this color or quality anywhere else. The only downside is the wait time to receive. Overall, extremely happy.

Nice qualityJust bought these cushions as a replacement for a wrought iron set I bought years ago. Love the look, color and quality. However for my particular set, the bottom cushion seat was too long--a depth of 25" would have been ideal along with a back cushion height of 22" or 23" instead of 20.5".

Look GreatI bought 4 sets of these cushions in the canvas taupe with sand welt. They arrived in less than a week and look exactly as pictured. My only surprise is that the back cushions do not appear to have the same foam core that the seat cushions do. They have a nice amount of what I am assuming is polyester filling but they are not as tailored looking as the seat cushions. Neither the seat or back cushions have a zipper so it is not possible to access the inside to redistribute the poly fill. They are comfortable to sit against but I am worried that over time they may "settle" and not look as nice.

Burnt OrangeI had a difficult time finding the larger sized cushions we needed for our deep seated furniture. I was pleased to see Ballard carries them for I do love Ballard quality, but I am disappointed the canvas rust colored cushions are orange...burnt orange, not rust red. They do not match our existing outdoor decor. So while the cushions are made well, the color is a great disappointment.

Listed Dimensions are WRONG!Built a couch frame around the listed dimensions on the site. These arrived yesterday and are much smaller than listed here so now my couch is too big. Specifically this says 25" wide, the cushions I got were just a hair over 24". The back is 19.5" tall NOT 20.5" and the seat depth is closer to 28" than 27".
The cushions are nice but beware these dimensions!

Appearance and structureThe quality is very good as you would expect from something made of sunbrella. However in terms of appearance, I’m not a fan of the back cushions, while very comfortable, the lack of button detail or other types of through sewn structure can make them look plain and have a somewhat slouchy nature. None of the cushions are made with zippers either so covers can be removed for easier cleaning.

HOLD WATERWe bought these as replacement cushions for our deck furniture, but I found out that they retain water after a rain. It's really hard to get them to dry out. Our old cushions dried out fairly quickly.

Not enough fillThese look nice but seat cushion goes flat when you sit on it. Feels like you’re sitting on the wood below. Back cushion has loose fill with no squared corner and would be much nicer if squared off. Will replace next season with higher quality cushions.

Not thrilledI’m very disappointed in how thin these are. The back cushion is very-almost flimsy. I’m not sure of the right word. They will not hold up in terms of firmness.
