What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Thick, comfortable, formidable cushions!So comfortable and high quality! We'll see how it wears over the summer (I did spray 303 Fabric Guard on it as recommended, although it did require 3 bottles to do 2 cushions, oof!). Thus far, I am thrilled with this product. It's incredibly hard to find truly thick, firm replacement cushions. I searched for 8 months online and in person. These are the ones!

This size and thickness of this product seemed like the perfect solution - and it is! The color is great, too. This product is the best we've ever had!We ordered these replacement chaise lounge cushions for our pool area and were so pleased when we received them. Gorgeous and best quality!I bought a spare set of these in sunbrella spa blue for the two amalfi chaise lounges I own and they are so gorgeous. I bought the box style, reversible. About six inches thick. I compared values and prices with other websites: Pottery Barn, CB 2, etc and Ballard was an amazing value. I'm outfitting all my decks with Ballard furniture and spare cushions, plus covers. With the sale on now and a 20% coupon they emailed to me, I couldn't pass it up. Seriously, you won't be sorry.

I love how BD helps with color coordination. We ordered Spa blue chair cushions with the chaise in the stripe that has the spa blue, green, tan and deep purple. My husband loves it.
