After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Quality Replacement CushionsI ordered these to replace old outdoor cushions. They are done with quality workmanship and I like the fabric. I also was glad they sent fabric samples before ordering, it made a big difference!
The only negative aspect of the order is the amount of time it took to get them once ordered - 4 1/2 months. Yikes! But the finished product is very satisfactory.

Good Price and great productStarted by purchasing cushions for just the outdoor chaise in the Sunbrella Brass. Once I received them and saw how good the quality was not to mention how great the color was I ordered additional cushions for outdoor table chairs, bench, and deep seating chairs. Highly recommend. Great colorI ordered the knife-edge box cushions for our outdoor chairs, in Sunbrella Azure blue. The color is rich and the cushions are pretty comfortable - the fabric is not as nice as the ones I bought from Ballard 4 years ago. This new Sunbrella fabric is a little "rough" so it catches lint and fur if dogs brush up against it, and it's a little scratchy on the back of legs wearing shorts. The cushions look nice. They are very firm but perhaps depress just a bit too much after sitting in them for several hours. (That's typical of all replacement cushions, I've heard.) We have them on a screened-in porch so I can't speak to how they wear in the weather. Service was great!

Fabric doesn’t hold up well... only a few weeksI just purchased these and was having dinner outside. My daughter had a spill and we immediately cleaned it but there’s a huge stain. Not happy!

The box edge cushions are NOT 4 1/2 inches thick!!!I ordered two chair and one settee cushion with the box edge as replacements. The settee cushion (18x41x4.5) arrived first. It appeared much thinner than the 4 inch cushion it was replacing (and the website description of 4 1/2 inches), so I got out a measuring tape. If I am as generous as possible, the cushion is 3 inches thick. From outer point of the box edges it is really 2 1/2 inches thick. I called customer service, and they suggest waiting for the chair cushions to arrive. They arrived and are also 2 1/2 inches thick. So now I have to deal with shipping 3 big boxes back and paying $8.95 each. Given there are no BD stores nearby, I have been cautious about ordering, but did order a few other things that I really like...to bad these didn't work out. If you need 2-3 inch cushions these will fit.
