What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Beautiful, new update!I love that you can rework a room simply by changing a lampshade. I loved the style of this and it looks great. Construction is a bit wonky and you have to really play with it to get it to sit right. Once you find the right spot, it's great!

Beautiful Rattan Lamp shade. Even prettier lit!I purchased two of Rattan Lamp shades. I love the look of the shades and the way the light comes through the woven pattern when lit. Absolutely beautiful. Would have given it 5 stars but one of the shades was crooked. My husband was able to fix it but put something under the lam p attachment.

Sizing incorrectThe shade is pretty enough and the workmanship is ok but the 18" shade is only 17.5" in diameter and 11.5 " high rather than 12". The scale is now a bit off and this makes a big difference in the look of my lamp. Beware of sizing, folks.

Lamp shadeI purchased a couple shades. Had to exchange, then bout another and ended up returning all of them. Just not the quality I was expecting. Was charged on one order for shipping and others were free shipping but take note they charge a restocking fee of $8.95 so I they ended up come $40. Be aware

Cute, but crooked.The lampshade arrived twisted and due to the type of material it's made out of, it can't be bent back without damaging the rattan. Itcdoesnt look level on the lamp. There is also a lot more white shade showing than the picture suggests.
