I have received my order confirmation for a Customers-Own-Material Item and it states that the fabric has shipped. Is the fabric shipping to me?

The fabric is being shipped to our manufacturer so they can custom upholster your item. You will be billed for the fabric at the time it is shipped to the manufacturer. The balance will be billed when the item ships from the manufacturer.

I need additional dimensions for my Custom Upholstered Item where can I locate these?

When viewing the item under the description you will see a link to download "Material Infomation" This link will provide you with all you need to about the construction of the item and any additional dimensions.

How do I place a Custom Upholstrered Order using my own fabric?

If you choose to send your own material, click on the link "Order Forms and Instructions" located under the description header besides the image.
