The sweet bird designs is so simple yet makes a dresser or table look delightful. Really pleased as usual with all the Ballard Designs items quality and always their customer service. Really they are the only home store that I shop for now for towels, bedding and special accessories for the home.They stand beside their products and have very timeless pieces. I always get treat so well and accommodates by their customer service. They make returns or exchanges so simple and appreciate their customers.

It said it was universal remote ready so I ordered one off Amazon, but that did not work. I’m keeping it because it really is pretty and I love the details. Need to get CS on the line

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Loved it at the beginning I loved it for a few weeks and then when I tried to change timer time, the controls fell so low inside the candle that I can not reach them. I didn't’ purchase a remote. Wondering if that would work now. Quite disappointing!
