Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these drapes! Although there was a burlap odor when the package was first opened, it disappeared within a matter of days. These panels are beautiful with the muted print. I spent maybe 10 minutes steam ironing two panels and they were ready to hang. They are very full and drape nicely. The light lining goes a long way toward helping cut down on sunlight filtering through. I never intended to close them, but on one very hot morning I did pull them closed and was amazed at how well they kept the sun from blazing in the room. I highly recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yep, they're burlap all right I don't know why, but after looking at the picture of these drapes softly puddling on the floor, I really thought they'd be less stiff. Yes, I know burlap is stiff, and only through repeated washing does it achieve that softness. Unfortunately, these are dry clean only, and they'll never see the washing machine. So stiff they shall be. Still, they are really cute, and after going back and forth on whether to return, I'm going to keep them. We're using them to separate a wine room from a walk-in pantry, and they really do add just the right amount of rustic elegance, even if they don't puddle like the picture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I was satisfied with the quality of these panels when they arrived. The burlap and print were done well. The liner could have been made out of a better grade fabric. To me, the backing was better suited for less expensive fitted sheets, not to be hung up. But these are only meant to be decorative for me and I have wooden blinds on the windows as well so the liner is not out in view. Overall I was nicely surprised of what arrived. The biggest draw back is I had to spend more than an hour ironing the panels out as they came folded and heavily creased. Simply hanging the panels would not have smoothed the burlap out. These should have been rolled for shipping, not folded into a tiny rectangle. There was also a strong initial alkane odor I think from processing the burlap. Overall, the curtain panels were true to the photo and add great texture to my office.
