After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

2+ years later still looks greatFirst off this is real boxwood and needs some TCL. I lightly mist with water once a week when in use - do not make it wet. Second- This is really more of an indoor item. Too much wind, humidity/water will damage it or cause it drip green. Lastly - Be sure to carefully package and store in a breathable box/bag in a cool, non-damp place. I’m really happy with the quality. If they provided larger sizes, I would buy. I also have the garland from Ballard which looks amazing on a mantle or stairway.

Long Lasting!This is the 4th year we've used this boxwood wreath and its still gong strong.
We keep the wreath hung on the front door which is protected by a storm door. During the off season we store it in the box it was shipped in.

great wreathI bought this wreath last year and even though it is for indoor use i hung it on my front door. It was protected by our storm door and does well there... until our storm door broke and wouldn't shut all the way. rain started to get in and ruined it. as other reviewers mentioned it will drip gross green dye if it gets wet so be careful about where you put it. however, when it was protected from the elements it looked great- very thick and lush and a beautiful green color. I am debating buying another....

Looks beautiful!This is a true real boxwood wreath. Lush and green. I couldn't be more pleased with the appearance. I bought this wreath for a door covered by a porch. While it was recommended for indoor use I thought I would give it a try for my door. It is recommended that it be sprayed with a water mist to keep it fresh. I was truly surprised to find that it drips a green liquid. It drips onto the glass in my door which is no problem and easily washed off. I would be concerned if I hung this on the wall and had this problem. I do love it - I have never seen a boxwood wreath that looks so real and lush. I do recommend it just be aware of the drips in planning where you place it.

Beautiful but really doesn't work for my doorIt is a beautiful wreath, well made and very full. But it really can't hold up to exterior conditions, which I did not understand. The photos showed the wreath on exterior doors, outside spaces, but it is really designed to be inside in a well cooled area. It was an expensive mistake and I do regret buying it. But it is beautiful.

Disappointed considering the priceIt looks great at first but I had to throw it out. When it rained it dripped green dye on the doormat and after just a few months it turned black. Very disappointed considering the $135 I paid for it.

Boxwood wreathThe wreath is beautiful and smells fresh BUT if you live in a moist, humid climate it will leak green ALL OVER your doorstep. My wreath is under a covered porch but it is definitely not weather proof. Should be an indoor wreath not an outdoor wreath.

And do NOT put water on it; or if you do mist it, do that outside because it will drip green water. Too much bother to return. But it just is not the quality I was expecting from Ballard. meh. Win some, lose some. Most are wins from Ballard.

Boxwood WreathI have ordered three of these wreath for myself. The last wreath was only 20” and very thick. Hangs away from the door. Must be another vendor. Very disappointed and probably will return. So sad because it is I have loved this wreath and have had all my clients order it.

Color comes off and bad smellI bought three of these wreaths for my living room. They are beautiful, BUT I followed the directions to mist them. Big mistake. Green liquid dripped down my wall. I had to pull out my touch up paint, which luckily I had. Also, these wreaths have a very strong chemical odor. I would not recommend. Money down the drain.
