This tree has been the best gift to ourselves! We ordered the 9' tree which is perfect in our Living Room. The branches look so real, and the lights make it perfect! We are very happy with this tree!

I was a little unsure of buying it due to the price of shipping and the fact that there were no pictures of the branches, but I went for it and I'm so glad I did. This tree is so beautiful! It's actually 7 1/2 feet high, even though the description says 7 feet. The box says 7 1/2 and it definitely has height, which I love. It looks very realistic. The outer branches are all realistic, but the inner ones are made of traditional tree material. However, you don't really see the traditional branches behind the realistic ones. The tips are slightly lighter than the rest of the branches, giving it a very realistic look. The tree is full and needs very little fluffing. It has a classic, natural shape. I've never had a tree with micro lights, but they look fantastic! Like bright little stars on the tree. The lights have multiple effect settings as well. The center branch on each bunch is stable enough to hold a heavier ornament. I'm so happy with this tree, I know I will love it for years to come!

This has been a very inconvenient Christmas. This is the third time, trying to get some help with the Christmas trees not only are the Christmas trees not working properly but the way how they were sent to us seemed like it came out of an outlet not from their stores. This box of Christmas tree looked like it was already opened. This is very unprofessional. I should have just purchased my Christmas tree from Walmart and I probably would’ve had such a terrible experience. add customer service Annet from product support was rude. Very frustrating

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sissyloohoo from Great tree for a front porch. I bought this tree wanting the pinpoint lights, but at night it falls real short. It’s not bright enough to illuminate the ornaments or the decorations and so your tree looks dark at night.
