If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

They look amazing on the santos mahogany floor and we have a 48" round espresso table on the round rug with 4 leather chairs. The Pier rugs really add a layer of understated richness of color! Love them! People can't believe what I paid for these as well as the Catherine rugs. They are all so beautiful!

They both took a few months to arrive, but definitely worth the wait. This is my third rug purchase from Ballard, I bought the Lugano rug for my dining room.

Got this for my living room and couldn't have been happier with another rug. It is beautiful. Does not shed. Thick and of good quality, feels nice to walk on. I've purchased two rugs from ballard designs and I love them both!

The description says it has teal in it, and I was worried it would not look right. But I really love the rug. The teal is very muted and it matches beautifully to my colors without being overwhelming. A very nice classic looking rug.

I was concerned about colors clashing, but don't like the look of rugs that have a washed out or faded look. This rug fit the bill nicely, just enough color and fairly neutral in appearence from a distance.

To me, the color's a bit softer on the website than it is in reality; I see it as a fairly strong green/gold. I'd suggest getting a swatch before you order. The quality is awesome, though.

Hunks of fiber still sloughing off several months after purchase. Every time I vacuum I have to empty canister after each rug and it is packed with fibers. I certainly hope this diminishes over time.

However, the rug sheds a bit and my wood floors are dark, so you can see the “dust” the rug creates. I read about this in prior reviews so I was expecting the shedding. I still absolutely love it and am incredibly happy!!

They are of excellent quality. They do shed, but I suspect this will lessen in time with wear and vacuuming. The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish they made a smaller runner with a length of 5 to 6 feet for the area in front of my kitchen sink! I ended up getting the smallest size because it fits in the space, but it's much too small.
