After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Recommend with ReservationIt’s a lovely product but it took forever and a millennium to arrive. Like several months! Once in place it’s exactly what i wanted. Allow puhlenty of time if you’re considering it. Maybe their inventory availability has changed. I hope so!

Beautiful lamp, perfect in our spaceEven though it took almost 2 months to receive the lamp after purchase, it was well worth the wait. The natural wood tones with light grey wash and linen white shade works beautifully in our casual living room with other greys, blues, and natural wood tones. Lamp was easy to assemble and very sturdy--bottom is flat and rests evenly on our hardwood floors, so fortunately we didn't have the structural issues reported by some previous reviewers. We are very pleased with the lamp--it was the missing piece of the puzzle that brought our entire room together.

Wonderful quality lamp for a great priceThis lamp is beautifully made and sturdy. I bought the natural wood because I wanted something simple and very slightly rustic, not so modern as the black. It met every requirement for a third of the cost of similar styled lamps.

Peyton Wood Floor Lamp.I looked at lots and lots of lamps on other websites. I just love this lamp. It is elegant. You do have to screw the parts together, but in return, the lamp is so well priced.

Interesting quality lampI am always nervous when a tall floor lamp arrives in a shirt box but this sturdy, well made lamp screwed together in three seamless pieces to create a very attractive, rich floor lamp.
I added a BD small print shired lampshade to really amp up the look.

Beautiful floor lampThis is a beautiful traditional floor lamp. The style is unique and it looks great. The only downside is how light the lamp is. It is a very light-weight floor lamp and I was hoping it was more sturdy so if it was bumped into, it didn’t move or tip over.

Not so sureI ordered the Peyton Floor Lamp several months ago and it was finally delivered. Upon opening, I found that the lamp is substantial which pleased me. The color is very natural wood, possibly a little lighter than I was expecting but it’s a very nice color. The lamp came in three pieces and was corded with a clear plastic. The white linen drum shade is very nice and large (18”) and has a nice white color. Once I had it together the lamp was slightly leaning so I took apart and screwed the pieces together again. Still slightly off keeter. I took the mechanism out and tried to snap back in place and one side is much harder to adjust. I will have my husband take a look to see if he can align. It is a beautiful lamp and will go perfectly at our lake home, just dissatisfied with the time it took and then the leaning issue. I’ve ordered several items from BD but feel that the quality is not as great as it once was.

Well made...... and sturdy. The finish is very good, no rough spots (as sometimes is the case on turned wood), and the threading for the three parts of the base worked perfectly - no difficulty screwing them together (again - wooden objects sometimes aren't this well made). Four stars because the 3 way switch works oddly in that lowest setting is last.

A floor lamp and shade.I like the lamp. However when I put the lamp together, I found to my disappointment that the light socket was missing the knob to turn the lamp on and off.
I needed to go to Lowes and buy a whole new lamp light bulb socket just to get the knob to turn it off and on.
Very disappointed with the company which packed the lamp.

Leaning Tower of Pisa.We waited over 6 months for delivery, only to finally receive it and discover the bottom of the base of the lamp isn’t flat (there is a slight bulge). Consequently the lamp doesn’t sit firmly on the floor, rocks and sways whenever we turn it on and off, and constantly leans to one side no matter how we try to adjust it. It looks ridiculous.
