What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Another great Rug Pad from Ballard!This is another great rug pad from Ballard. I use this under the Marina rug at my front door entryway to protect the wood floor. When necessary, I soap up and rinse off just like the rug!

Exceptional rug pad & Customer service!Unfortunately it turns out I don’t need this rug pad. It’s the nicest rug pad I’ve ever seen. Cushiony, sturdy & I looks like it’d last for several generations. I’d unwrapped the pad from all its plastic wrapping & placed it on a bench in my home where it remained for a month, waiting for me to place it. With a change in design plans, I determined I wouldn’t need the pad after all. I called customer service just to ask if they’d even consider my returning it, thinking a return would clearly be rejected. I spoke with Ginger, who was so accommodating! She assured me that my returning it would not be a problem - despite my having unwrapped it & thrown away packaging & packing slip, as well as it being past 30 days! She is mailing me a bag in which I am to place the pad. She also emailed a UPS shipping label. Wow! So impressed with this service:))

Super thinI'm returning it. I bought one of the Eland performance rugs to go over this pad. The rug is rather stiff and does not lie flat on this pad. It's a sheet of material like an over-ground pool liner. Barely compressible if you pinch it between your fingers.

These literally do nothing and they’re bright blueThese pads literally do nothing. My rugs slip and slide all over the place and the pads are bright blue and peek out 87 times a day which is not a good look under my neutral rugs. I literally hate them as I have to straighten my rugs a gazillion tomes everyday. If you are buying these to keep your rugs in place, do not buy them.

Avoid.Completely worthless. Doesn’t stay out on the ground and doesn’t keep the rug from moving around at all. Even tried taping. It’s in a main walkway so has become a daily battle.

Does not work with carpetThis pad did not help keep our rug in place. I contacted customer support BEFORE purchasing and asked if it would help with a rug that is over carpet and they replied that it certainly would; however, it actually seemed to make the rug worse. It would probably work well under a rug that was on an uncarpted space but do not use with carpet.

Does NOT stay put...This pad only gets any stars because it is fairly well padded. However, it slides ALL over my floor is is constantly coming out from beneath the rug. We have two small dogs and two young kids. I am always having to adjust the rug because it is sliding all over the mud room.
