Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

What to expect for Delivery

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just as pictured We purchased the Paulette section with hutch above and drawers below to use in a small space between window and mantel in living area and we use it for storing tv/audio components on shelves and other entertainment items in drawers. No assembly required. Love the color which is a a medium value gray/green. The reason I gave 4 rather than 5 is that there are small imperfections in the way the drawers fit. But nothing noticeable except on fine inspection.

I've been saving for awhile and I'm so glad I was finally able to make this purchase. The only complaint I have is that I noticed a tiny scratch on one of the cabinet doors after I put it together. I know we were careful not to do this during assembly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Paulette Servers Overpriced!!! These are pretty but they look cheap. The wood isn’t real and the back is lined with what looks like cardboard. I feel the price is double what it should be. The one that has drawers makes a loud click each time the drawers are opened. The marble is not real it is a composite that’s thin. We tried to dress it up but still has a chalky cheap look about it. This product is way overpriced but we will keep until we can build something nicer. I will say for the price we paid we could have built something from real wood. I’ve used MDF board before on projects and these don’t look as good as MDF. They need extra help for sure. If price was around 1700 ok I can see. But these are way to expensive for what you get. Soooo disappointing. Shame on Ballard for selling something this cheap looking for this ridiculous price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from be warned this requires installation from a finish carpenter. more $$. i have bead board and chair rail. each piece needs to be anchored to the wall to keep the unit from pitching forward when the drawers are pulled out. waiting to see how visible the anchors that are provided might be. all pieces need to be pulled together with bolts to eliminate gaps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wish it was made of better materials For the amount of money you spend on these pieces of furniture, I wish the materials is is made of was better quality. The drawers open to easily and have no hinges that attach them to the furniture. Furthermore, the three pieces on the top don't align with the bottom pieces. Also, it is listed as a white, but it is more of an antique white. In the future, I might paint the color to a true white.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in this product We took delivery of part of this set, today. One of the hutches, and one of the consoles was damaged. When trying to put together what we accepted, we had trouble with the stability of the levelers on one of the consoles. Even though level, it wouldn’t sit firmly on the floor. There are also gaps in openings, where the cuts are not straight. The marble tops are inconsistent in pattern, ie, one is heavily marbled with gray, while another is white with very little gray at all. For the price, the quality is poor. It also takes forever to ship...even replacement pieces. We’re returning the unit.
