Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Paulette Server Good amount of storage with a small footprint. I’m using in kitchen, the drawers in hutch are not very deep but can store some shorter kitchen gadgets. The two bottom drawers are quite large and deep. They hold very large bowls, platters, etc.

However, I am very disappointed that both units arrived with cracks in them. I'm certain the cracks are from lack of care during the shipping and handling portion. The inner and outer packaging is very durable and more than adequate, but if the boxed units are mishandled, i.e...dropped, bouncing around in the back of a truck etc, they are bound to be damaged in some way. I'm also dissatisfied with the hardware and mounting system that connects the 2 units together. It is very flimsy and not sufficient for the size and weight of the units.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Design, But Poor Quality This is a very mixed bag review. I love the style, size, look, and functionality of these pieces - they really look great in my living area. I’ve been able to store so much in the deep drawers, which was a major determining factor in our purchase of them. BUT, the quality does not match the price point OR the standard I’ve come to expect from Ballard (we own several BD furniture pieces). The first two we ordered came pretty damaged - scratched, chipped, hardware damaged…so we were sent two new full units to mix and match the best of the four pieces. We did. But there is still damage. We just didn’t want to go through another return/examine process. There is also just poor finishing quality - like thin paint in one area, and a rough routed detail along the top. Again, not what we have come to expect from Ballard. The customer service though, was (as always) wonderful, and the exchange process was smooth. Just didn’t end up with a 5-star product in the end.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cream color-cute-average quality I got one white server with drawers and it's compact in size if that's what you want. Large drawers are roomy and a great safety perk that only 1 bottom drawer can open at a time so both can't be open and the weight tips it. The base drawers slide nicely, but the hutch ones are uneven and slide on the rough side. This is not white, it is CREAM, almost ivory so if you want white, it's not. The wall trim shown is bright white and walls are "brightened cream" so you have an idea. Why they don't just call it the correct color baffles me. The quality is average to low for the price. A nail was sticking out of the top drawer frame and had to be pried out. The plates to secure the top to bottom were placed incorrectly. A large remnant of tape or glue was on the side of the hutch and difficult to remove. The paint is rough on one side of the hutch like they painted over dust so it feels textured in addition to a few spots that were dinged but they used touch up paint. Overall, it's cute but doesn't look like a quality piece and wasn't constructed like one.
