Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery information below.

Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

What to expect for Delivery

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality True to Ballard I received two gray with white interior Paulette servers and the Paulette appliance cabinet promptly after I placed my order. My plan is to incorporate these into a kitchen remodel in lieu of custom cabinetry. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the hardware, the finish, and the door and drawer mechanisms. Even my designer was impressed! I do not work for or have any other connection to Ballard other than I have loved every item I have purchased from them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful 2-piece servers Excellent design, sturdy construction, and arrived in great shape. Instructions were about 90% in sync with the product so it wasn’t too much effort to set up. Although, putting shelf pins in was actually painful with too small holes and sharp, ragged edges on some. Would have appreciated suggestions for How to get the pieces out of the boxes. The catch 22 is that arrived safely but way too much packaging to figure out how to move the boxes and styrofoam out of my life. Just be prepared for that and set time and expectations appropriately. Thankfully, they are exactly what I wanted and that mitigates the rest. 5 star product loses one star for the niggling frustrations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice piece; delivery/assembly issues Three of these were delivered to my moms condo today. She paid the extra delivery charges to have these 3 units delivered inside her condo. The top and bottom pieces are not connected (2 pieces). The delivery crew unpackaged everything and only indicated that anti tip straps should be installed. They did not connect the brackets to connect the upper and bottom cabinets/pieces nor did they tell me I would need to install them. I was disappointed in the delivery process because of this. I ended up having to move the cabinets after they were delivered and attach the brackets. The interior shelf brackets are challenging to install. The lower cabinet shelves are also hard to install due to the cabinet door hinges. It is challenging for 1 person to install these

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the piece, hate the color This piece was purchased to go in my gray and white kitchen placed near the Dayna side chairs in gray and Saratoga table (white). The server cabinet is solid and well made, the perfect size and much nicer than anticipated. Unfortunately the color is olive and looks green next to the walls and other furniture. I plan to have it painted. An unexpected inconvenience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor workmanship The piece is fine from a distance. In fact the bottom piece seems of better quality than the top. The paint job is sloppy, and there is a white spot on the side of the top piece as well as where the two pieces connect. The small drawers on the top piece are flimsy while the drawer on the bottom piece is more substantial. I have been sent a paint swatch from the company in hopes of matching the color to cover the blemishes. I am thinking I will have to paint the entire piece. The brackets don't go in easily. I was able to hammer them in but was afraid the structure would crack.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Four Deliveries so Far - Broken Every Time. We were initially very excited about the Paulette, really like the style, and it would match the feel/color of our home very well. Unfortunately, it has been delivered FOUR times so far - and every time it's been delivered, it's been delivered broken. First time - Very large crack in the marble. Second time - One of the supporting legs for levelling it with the floor just cracked right off when moving into position (attached to unit with very thin nails). Third time - Delivery guys were going to just drop it off in the box - we asked that they open the box considering our history of problems with this piece, they did....and immediately saw the marble was again CRACKED! Fourth time - Marble cracked when delivery guys opened box. Extremely, extremely frustrating experience considering the cost and how much we originally liked the look & function of this piece. It's been months since the initial delivery. This is also my second review - wrote one after the 3rd delivery, Ballard did not post it nor did they reach out to try to help get to root of the problem.
