If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous piece!! This piece is FANTASTIC. The color is a green grey. If you’re dropping this much on furniture go ahead and get the color sample first. We ordered two sets and made sure to align them so the marble pattern read as one piece. The cabinets are solid, slow close drawers, and good storage below. I could not be happier with the piece! If you’re thinking about it just do it.

I had my eye on this for years before I finally pulled the trigger on ordering it after we remodeled our house. The wall we put it on was super long but shallow and this piece fit perfectly. The only thing I would have done differently is ordered another closed cabinent instead of the wine rack for more storage. Honestly, the best item we purchased and we get so many compliments on it! No regrets! Another win for Ballard Designs! <3

We were considering installing builtins in our living room, but after getting a few quotes and factoring in wait time decided to try two of these out in the space instead. I was a little nervous that they wouldn’t look substantial enough, but they’re perfect. We are extremely impressed with the quality. They’re pricey, but they actually look and feel even more expensive than they were.

I bought this unit in white to put in my eating area for my dishes. I love it. It has a separate drawer with dividers for my silverware, drawer for my placemats and napkins and I display all my dishes on the top sections. I also have all my christmas dishes stored in the lower area. I highly recommend this unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Design, Well built, Nice Finish I received the 2 Door Paulette Server today and I love it! We needed storage in our master bathroom because we have the pedestal sinks. As it turned out the server fits perfectly between the sinks. I was concerned about the finish and quality of the piece, but the finish is nice, it came in two pieces, we did not have a lot of cheap parts to screw and figure out how to put together, the drawers are sturdy,the unit is solid, its spacious, I am super pleased with the piece. We were going to have one build for the space, but I'm more than satisfied with the piece.
